What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send through the consultation form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your city or service area, a preferred meeting format, a requested conversation time if you select one, your message and, so we know how you found us, the page you arrived from and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. There are no accounts, no newsletters and no payment collection on this site.

What we use it for

Your inquiry is used for one purpose: to read what you shared, respond to you, and arrange the conversation or service you asked about. It is not used for advertising, not added to a marketing list, and not sold or shared with anyone beyond the service provider that hosts this site’s private storage.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. There are no embedded social widgets. Nothing about your visit is profiled.

Where it lives

Inquiries are stored in the site’s private, access-controlled storage on our hosting provider (Netlify, hosted in the United States) and are visible only to Xecutive Services. They are retained while we handle your inquiry and any engagement that follows, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.

Your choices

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to myguydee@gmail.com and we will act on the request. California residents may exercise the same rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.

What not to send

Please leave access codes, sensitive documents, children’s private details and another person’s private contact information out of a first message. If we work together, we will agree on appropriate, secure channels for anything sensitive.

Gift introductions

If you inquire about a gift, we agree on the approach with you before contacting the recipient, and we ask you not to share their contact details until that introduction is agreed.
